It is March 1 and today I begin my triathlon training!! It has been two years since I have competed due to some injuries. I am VERY excited!!!
My running schedule is in place; we are knee-deep in snow, so my biking will be indoors for awhile; swimming…I still have a wrist injury, but plan to give swimming a “try.”
