Triathlon training

It is now April; if time truly does fly when you are having fun, I have been having alot of fun!

My running is going well; can do a 5K without too much effort, and have started bicycing again.  THAT feels great!

I have not been able to swim yet, as my wrist is still in a brace (minor surgery-a frayed tendon).  I WILL swim though!  Just watch me!

How are YOU doing with YOUR tri training?  What questions do YOU have regarding “nutrition?

I wish for speed recovery of your wrist. Can you post some of your diets and nutrition intake while training for triathlon? Thanks
